WorkCover QLD provides insurance that supports workers recover and rehabilitate from workplace accidents.
Physiotherapists are experts in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and are very involved in workplace injury rehabilitation. Our physiotherapists are skilled at working with you, your workplace and your medical/other allied health team members to ensure you feel supported.
We can help you with:
- Injury diagnosis
- Pain management
- Exercise rehabilitation
- Suitable duties plans
- Communication with your medical and allied health team members
If you have an approved claim, then your treatment is fully covered under WorkCover QLD insurance with no gap fees. If you are awaiting claim approval, then the cost of the appointment/s will need to be paid in full by the patient. Once your claim is approved, you can submit your paid invoices to WorkCover QLD for reimbursement.
To be treated under WorkCover QLD you will need to provide us with your claim details including:
- Claim number
- Date of injury
- Medical certificate
- Case manager (if provided to you)
- Contact details (if provided to you)
If you have an approved claim, then your treatment is fully covered under WorkCover QLD insurance with no gap fees. If you are awaiting claim approval, then the cost of the appointment/s will need to be paid in full by the patient. Once your claim is approved, you can submit your paid invoices to WorkCover QLD for reimbursement.
