Andrea Rich

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

I’m a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience working across private practices in Townsville, Canberra, and Brisbane. I enjoy helping people understand their pain, improve their movement, and get back to the activities they enjoy through a combination of hands-on treatment and individualised exercise rehabilitation.

I have a particular interest in spinal pain, lower limb injuries, running-related injuries, and exercise-based rehabilitation. I take a practical, person-centred approach to treatment, working with each client to understand their goals and develop a rehabilitation plan that fits into their lifestyle.
Alongside my musculoskeletal experience, I have a strong background in paediatric physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation, giving me a broad understanding of movement, strength, and how to tailor exercise to each individual’s abilities and goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through running, hiking, riding, travelling, and exploring new places.
